The project is located Kahawa West – Nairobi County. It is 5 floors mixed commercial building. Avatech Consult prepared Engineering drawings, Tender documents and is currently supervising and managing the project. We were engaged in the geotechnical investigations, engineering design and detailing for the project. The superstructures are designed as Reinforced Concrete frame with EPS walling as infill material.
